Project Architect
We are seeking a Project Architect to join our family.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Work directly with Principals on design concepts and design development
- Coordinate with Architectural Assistants on presentation and pricing sets
- Project lead on and coordination of construction documents
- Coordinate with Architectural Assistants on project specifications
- Project lead on construction administration including shop drawing reviews and participating in site visits
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design process
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited college/university
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch Up
- Proficient in Vectorworks, AutoCAD
- Strong hand drafting and sketching skills
- 3 - 5 years of residential design experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to work with others to create legacy works of architecture
- Must love dogs
